Ooni premium hardwood pellets light easily, burn efficiently and produce very little ash waste to enable a long, clean burn. The pellets are PEFC certified to ensure they are sustainably produced and are to ENplus standards. Hardwood pellets are food safe and only suitable to use on pellet fuled ovens. One bag of pellets will last a good 7-10hours of continuous cooking.
